Assistant Manager - *Full Time*

We are in need of a full time Assistant Manager! Our team members will receive training to ensure they have all the skills and knowledge that they require to be successful in this high energy sales industry. We are seeking candidates that are outgoing, personable & comfortable working in a competitive sales environment.

Team based training sessions ensure that each person in our company has the opportunity to learn from our top sales managers. We promote growth from within and encourage our sales team to work together to reach client goals and improve skills. Specialized training will prepare individuals to work with customers to provide a unique and pleasant sales experience, which fosters acquisition of quality customers and long term customer loyalty.


Duties and Responsibilities include - Assistant Manager - *Full Time*:
Achieve and exceed sales and event goals
Drive customer preference for our clients products and loyalty to their brands
Ensure timely and accurate, two-way communication between the clients and the customer
Effective and efficient territory management, leading to customer segmentation and customer partnership for achievement of sales goals
Enhance distributor business and profitability
Customer interaction to promote products & services
Maintain professional standards in sales & customer relationships
Participate in daily training sessions & campaign meetings
Contribute to a positive & energetic environment




Successful entry level candidates will be responsible for the development and execution of tailored marketing campaigns throughout the local area with local start-ups and Fortune 500 clients. Clients and products represented include clean energy, telecommunications, and home improvement providers. We are looking for several qualified individuals to train in:


MARKETING
CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT
TRAINING
SALES MANAGEMENT
ASSISTANT MANAGEMENT
ENTRY LEVEL ADVERTISING EXECUTIVES
PUBLIC RELATIONS

Qualifications

2-4 year degree
Strong organizational skills and ability to network professionally
Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Sales or direct customer service experience
