Strategic Initiatives Project Manager
TRAILS (Transforming Research into Action to Improve the Lives of Students) is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager to lead concurrent projects that positively impact the organization. The ideal candidate is committed to equity and thrives in an inclusive environment.

- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Budget management experience
- Proven success working with all levels of management
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams on projects within defined timelines
- Develop short- and long-term plans for projects with achievable targets
- Proactively identify issues and risks, providing actionable recommendations
- Monitor project budgets and delegate tasks effectively
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Project management certifications (PMP, PgMP, CAPM) highly desirable
