Short Description
The Director of Revenue Cycle Training & Education is seeking a Training and Documentation Mangement Specialist to document revenue cycle processes across the system and develop instructional training modules that includes videos, in class room training, online training and virtual content training. Each module to include a end user assessment pre and post training.
This role will assure SOPs and other process content documents are created, routed, reviewed, assessed for training and denial impact and ensures compliance with Cooper University Health Care quality standards and current regulatory requirements

Experience Required
Experience in Instructional Design required. 2-3 years’ experience in a EPIC Hospital & Physician Revenue Cycle. Strong analytics required to identify trends where training and efficiencies within the work flows that has multiple touches.
Must be able to translate billing needs to the Epic Analyst to implement identified opportunities for workflow build enhancements. Must have experience in coaching, and feedback and have strong relationship building skills.
Must be able to create, development, and deliver revenue pocess training to an adult audience. Strong written and verbal communications required to communicate with all levels of the organization.
Must be able to interpret payor policies, procedures and billing outcomes to identify negative revenue impacting trends and make recommendation for improvements
Must be a high-performing Microsoft software user with proficiencies in the Windows Office Suite (specifically PowerPoint™ and Word™ and Excel, and Articulate 360 ). Must be task-, team-, and deadline-oriented.
Education Requirements
Bachelors or Masters in Education preferred.
