Training and Transition Specialist

We're looking for a Training and Transition Specialist dedicated to making the transition to Altruist brokerage as seamless as possible, helping to drive high satisfaction, adoption, and retention.

What you'll do

  • Ensure a timely and efficient migration of committed assets, reduce the time to first value
  • Act as a trusted advisor with deep Altruist product knowledge; train customers on key features of the Altruist platform
  • Strengthen customer relationship in partnership with Sales counterpart; work to deeply understand customer goals and pain points
  • Tailor approach to meet each customer's specific needs; gain familiarity with full staff
  • Connect dots across Sales, Customer Success, Brokerage Operations, Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to optimize and expedite migration experience
  • Anticipate advisor questions; flag issues and risks early; escalate and pull in subject matter experts as needed to strategize best approach to resolution
  • Create a sense of calm and trust throughout the transition experience
  • Manage multiple, concurrent migrations of varying complexity
  • Contribute to creation and maintenance of training and transition collateral and artifacts
  • Champion customer needs internally to help prioritize product roadmap decisions
  • Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency and morale
  • Move seamlessly between migration efforts, project work, and other related duties
  • Operate in a remote position reporting to VP, Customer Success

What you'll need

  • 3+ years of experience in similar role; B2B, financial services strongly preferred
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 or 63 licensed (required)
  • Deep understanding of the independent wealth management industry
  • Proficient with core customer success tools (e.g., Salesforce, Google Apps, MS Excel)
  • Adaptable, quick learner who is ready to jump in
  • Ability to correlate customer pain points and needs to Altruist business value
  • High emotional intelligence; ability to build trust quickly, prioritizes the personal touch
  • Exemplary written, verbal, presentation, and active listening skills
  • Flexible mindset and ability to rapidly adapt to new demands and challenges
  • Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
  • Sense of urgency and bias to action without losing track of the details
  • Tenaciously solutions-oriented
  • Team mindset focused on setting each other up for success; low ego
