Training Coordinator

The Training Coordinator is the primary point of contact for scheduling, coordinating, and communicating all craft learning and development activities. The position is responsible for supporting the learning function, maintaining records, and overall administration of the craft learning and development activities nationally.

The Training Coordinator will report to the Craft Training and Development Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports Craft L&D activities across the organization by coordinating and executing program logistics, organizing necessary materials, and coordinating facility support.
    • Coordinate all program details – locations, speakers, content, vendors, food, A/V, etc.
    • Manage the Craft Training email account and route training requests to the appropriate point of contact.
  • Align with the team to update and publish all national training schedules for the company-wide calendar.
  • Prepares and maintains L&D files, including, attendance records, evaluations, and learning schedules, ensuring that these items are timely and accurate.
  • Serves as a point of contact for program queries, internal and external to the organization, then communicates those to the appropriate partner as necessary for action.
  • Track, update, and log training and competency data into SuccessFactors.
  • Generate monthly reports for all stakeholders and L&D Leadership.
  • Coordinate training marketing and communication.
  • Interacts with employees at all levels to aid, guidance, or other needs
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and oral communication
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent time management
  • Highly organized
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to comprehend and create meaningful reports
  • Comfortable with technology platforms and prior experience working with learning management systems (LMS) preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - able to partner with all levels of the organization
  • Self-motivated – able to work with minimal supervision
