TL;DR
We are looking for a Partner Marketing Manager who can seamlessly integrate our marketing strategies with those of our key partners. (No easy feat if you know how stellar our marketing team is!) Serving as the crucial bridge between partnerships and marketing, this role will spearhead co-marketing strategies, drive content creation, and shape the future of our partner marketing initiatives. You'll be at the helm of multi-channel campaigns born from strategic partner collaborations, handling everything from campaign ideation to landing page creation, article coordination, and partner communications.
So, who are you? You’re a marketing pro with proven B2B SaaS experience, skilled in copywriting across all formats and channels. You bring a sharp understanding of full-funnel marketing campaigns, project management chops, and event marketing know-how. Organized with a growth mindset, you’re ready to take the lead, shape best practices, and drive partner marketing success from day one. As mentioned above, our marketing team is… exceptional - so you’re also up for the challenge and love to get creative.
What you will own & improve:- Campaign development and execution You'll manage and execute marketing deliverables from partnership agreements. This includes brainstorming campaigns, creating and maintaining assets, and ensuring alignment with Trainual and partner brand messaging. (We are mama-bear-protective over our brand.) Projects you'll bring to life include crafting email campaigns in HubSpot, creating dynamic landing pages in Webflow, and coordinating impactful webinars in Zoom.
- Content creation and event support You’ll lead content creation across all channels, from partner-specific landing pages to engaging email comms. Key responsibilities include facilitating seamless communication between the partnerships and marketing teams, supporting partner events, and ensuring Trainual stands out regardless of where we’re showing up.
- Optimization You’ll monitor and optimize partner marketing efforts by analyzing campaign performance and continuously refining strategies. By preparing detailed reports on key KPIs, you’ll deliver actionable insights that enhance our partnership initiatives and drive ongoing improvement.
What you already know:- 3-5 years of experience in marketing You’re a dynamic marketer and have experience wearing many hats across the ever-evolving marketing landscape.
- B2B SaaS Startups? Software? Marketing products that change small businesses at rapid speed and excellence ain’t easy.
- You’ve been in SaaS environments and feel comfortable with our target audience. How to put your sales cap on. This isn’t a sales role, but you deeply understand the partnerships function and how mutually beneficial, long-term relationships can drive revenue growth.
How success is measured:- You’ll have a comprehensive grasp of each partner group’s audience and seamlessly execute marketing tasks as outlined in partnership agreements.
- You’ll identify gaps and propose fresh collaboration ideas, confidently attend partner events, and effectively represent Trainual at booths and networking opportunities.
- You’ll strengthen relationships with strategic partners, develop and launch creative marketing strategies, and leverage partnerships to expand Trainual’s market presence and generate leads.
- Streamlined efficiency in partner marketing activities, monitor campaign performance, analyze ROI, and refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
- New programs launched, with you as a point of contact across departments, and ensure the delivery of marketing assets crucial to fulfilling partnership obligations.
