We boldly go.Thrive at work and at home:· Benefits kick in on DAY ONE for you and your family, including health insurance and holistic wellness programs that include generous incentives – WE DARE TO CARE!· Family building benefits include fertility coverage and adoption/surrogacy assistance.· 401K match up to 6%, plus an additional 2% core contribution = up to 8% company contribution.· Paid time off, including in support of volunteer and parental leave needs.· Educational and training opportunities through company programs along with tuition assistance and student debt support.· Learn more about our benefits here!Responsibilities:• Lead and motivate a high-performing team of inside sales representatives focused on driving equipment growth.• Develop operational strategies to enhance team’s capability and capacity to sell equipment, and enhance customer satisfaction.• Achieve goals by setting and tracking performance targets for team, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.• Report on sales metrics and use lean tools to problem-solve and drive continuous improvement sales processes.• Analyzes sales, customer feedback, and market data to effectively problem solve, influence the equipment growth and implement solution ideas.• Liaise with the Systems Account Management Team, Project Managers, and Sales Leaders to ensure proper interdepartmental interactions and handoffs, focused on customer satisfaction.• Effectively recruit, coach, and develop Inside Sales Team through effective performance appraisals and development planning.Qualifications:• Proven work experience in a technical sales field, minimum 6 years of relevant experience.• Bachelor’s Degree or higher education, or equivalent work experience.• Experience with analytics software including Tableau and Alteryx a plus.• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal at all levels of customer and internal teams.• Strong sales skills.• Coaching skills and mindset are required.• Strong analytical skills including analytical tool proficiency.• Problem-solving proficiency – understand the need, solve problems, and respond in an efficient manner.• Achievement-driven with a customer service orientation and a track record of outstanding customer feedback.• Ability to drive business results through building effective partnerships with relevant stakeholders.Key Competencies:• Strong planning, organizational and delegation skills.• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.• Effective negotiation skills.• Strong analytical skills.• Strong relationship building skills.Base Pay Range: $80,000- $115,000 / year.Disclaimer: This "range" could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed, education, experience, travel requirements for the job, or because of a system the employer uses to measure earnings by quantity or quality of production (so, for example, positions that may not have traditional salary ranges).
