Content Editor / Proof Reader

As a Content Editor / Proofreader, you will be responsible for reviewing and editing mystery shopping reports to ensure they meet accuracy, clarity, and adherence to our guidelines. You’ll collaborate with mystery shoppers, conduct quality assurance checks, and provide actionable feedback to enhance the overall quality of content.

We are looking for candidates with at least 1+ years of experience in proofreading or content editing. A strong command of the English language, exceptional attention to detail, and familiarity with content management systems are also beneficial. A background in the mystery shopping industry is a plus!

As a Content Editor / Proofreader, you will work closely with our core content team to align on objectives, streamline the content review process, and ensure consistency across all materials. Your role will also involve training new mystery shoppers on our content expectations.
