The National Investment Sales platform is a high-growth enterprise with support of Transwestern executive leadership; and this role offers on-the-job experience with potential for career advancement. The Analyst, Brokerage role will perform real estate analytics and services to support the acquisition, finance and/or disposition of assets for Transwestern clients. Analytic services include, but are not limited to, the review and reconciliation of buyer/seller provided property information, preparation of lease abstracts, financial modeling, and CRM management. The Analyst, Brokerage role also includes preparation of pitches/proposals, offering documents, and client reports to support team members and processes. Property tours may be conducted from time-to-time.Essential Job Functions• Work with senior brokers to organize and maintain client information and pipeline data in CRM.• Coordinate obtaining and distributing asset due diligence or “war room” information.• Review and reconcile due diligence information, to prepare a comprehensive property summary• Work with senior brokers to obtain current market data points and projections to build financial models in Argus.• Provide brokers with pertinent information on current market conditions, and financial analyses to assist in the decision-making process.• Compile property data, such as lease abstracts, summary reports, maps, status updates, and industry/market-specific information.• Prepare Offering Memorandums (OMs), Request for Proposals (RFP) and reviews RFP responses.• Source and analyze data to prepare real estate reports on investment sales and leasing trends with a focus on the healthcare sector.• Report and update senior brokers on potential deals being generated, issues/concerns, and next steps.• Participate in due diligence which includes reviewing documents such as contracts, surveys, environmental reports, financial records.• Draft correspondence to existing and prospective clients.• Gather, prepare, and distributes marketing materials.• Maintain client list and deals within the company’s CRM system, and manage e-mail distributions.Position Requirements• A bachelor’s degree with emphasis in real estate, accounting, finance, or related field.• Internship experience in Commercial Real Estate a plus.• 2+ years of work experience in Finance, Real Estate or Accounting preferred.• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe.• Knowledge of CoStar and other related CRE listing software a plus.• Knowledge of ESRI suite, GIS, Tableau, Power BI, Argus, Asana, Google suite, decision science tools and stochastic modeling (Palisades suite, Python, R) and other business platforms a plus.• Strong organizational, visualization, communication, and analytical skills.• Demonstrated writing skills; ability to write concisely and effectively.• Ability to create, articulate and effectively present information.• Must listen actively and attentively, capturing accurately and completely relevant and valuable information.• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents.• Ability to effectively present information.• Able to track and support concurrent real estate projects at different stages and utilize a project management platform regularly.• Aptitude for sales prospecting through a variety of techniques including telephone and in person.• Ability to provide general direction/be self-managed/work independently.• Willingness to work hard in a transaction‐oriented environment and to take ownership of project outcomes.• Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to internal and external clients.• Ability to keep information and internal communications confidential.• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Travel may be required.WORK SHIFTLOCATIONThe UnionWe Are Transwestern!Transwestern's Guiding Principles are woven into the fabric of our firm and underscore the value of each individual team member.
