What is our proposal?

We are looking for talented Travel Account Manager who will work closely with our North American Travel Advisors in all aspects of sales and service. This includes reservations, account management, customer service and outreach.


What will you do?


  • Handle requests from Travel Advisors who have expressed interest in the Exoticca products, identify their clients’ needs, make recommendations, and review the benefits of an Exoticca experience.
  • Apply best practices when working with Travel Advisors to identify their consumers’ budget, timeline, and decision-making processes with a high-end delivery.
  • Manage requests, complaints, reviews or refunds, in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of our products and packages.
  • Maintain operation integrity by following policies and procedures.
  • Maintain individual goals and achieve company targets.
  • Consistently communicate and build relationships with our Travel Advisors.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, and emails.
  • Advise Travel Advisors of B2B sales specials and promotions.

Requirements

  • A previous sales & customer service experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to quickly adapt new systems and programs accompanied by strong computer skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and organization.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette.
  • A can-do spirit: you are coachable, highly motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Previous contact center in the Travel Industry (2 years) preferred.
  • Experience with Amadeus (GDS) is a plus.
