What it's about
In this role, you will be part of the Global Treasury team in Denver performing the full spectrum of service catalogue including:
- Direct assets servicing and loan administration functions for Partners Group's investments.
- Responsible for record keeping, cashflow projections and liquidity management on investment and product capital calls and distribution
- Propose and implement fee/cost minimization and income maximization initiatives related to cash management activities (e.g. periodic fee structure review, bank dormancy review, overnight deposits)
- Work with investment professionals, accountants and tax specialist with regards to product capital calls and distributions
- Perform investigation on investment and product cash flows discrepancies
- Perform investment holdings reconciliation, NAV reconciliation and static data reconciliation on debt and other investment instruments
- Responsible for resolving queries from internal and external stakeholders eg. Custodians, Fund administrators / accountants, investment desks, auditors on transaction activities on products
- Provide dedicated syndicated loan administration support to debt investment desk, task include updating monthly prices of loans, data update to systems etc
- Processing of loan transactions in our systems (e.g. data input, monitoring of incoming funds, funding) and providing operational support on a firm-wide basis
- Performing cash-flow projections for loan-related investments
- Liaise with external administrators for transactions inquiries, documentation and other loan-related matters. Managing external service providers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of posting position movements.
- Working with relevant internal stakeholders such as front (deal team), middle (closing team) and back office (reporting and accounting) and external stakeholders such as facility agents and administrators
- Coordinate the client onboarding process and issue client centric closing notices
- Processing distributions and capital calls for investors
- Perform any ad-hoc duties (e.g system testings, audit, etc) when assigned
What we expect
- Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration
- Prior experience in Private Equity, Cash Management or Liquidity management
- Prior experience of at least 4 years in back office/ middle office experience in a financial institution
- Strong team Player with analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong drive and work commitment, resilient and able to work under pressure
- Good ability to track and follow up on cases and manage tight deadlines

Partners Group compensation has a long-term outlook and philosophy, and our total compensation emphasizes performance based long term incentives. Base pay range for this role is $85,000 – 105,000 and a performance-based bonus and equity are part of the total compensation package
