JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Treasury Analyst position is a full-time position in the Treasury Department, which will have the responsibility to support multiple areas within the department as outlined below.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reviewing, vetting, and drafting of Letters of Credit language

Processing of Letters of Credit transactional activity such as issuance, advising/confirming, amendments, examination of documentation, payments, and fee/expense processing

Technical support to the customer base (internal/external) relating to Letters of Credit

Working knowledge of relevant ICC publications and International Standby Practices

Proficient in contract review and milestone billing

Utilize Accounts Receivable aging reports to follow up on open and past due invoices with both external and internal customers

Post daily payments to customer accounts in multiple currencies

Interface with Zeeco internal project team to assist in communication with the customer for research and resolution of invoice/payment issues
- Provide customer support through effective communication within designated timelines

Respond to queries and provide investigations, ensuring timely resolution and the escalation of any issues to management

Assist the Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer with various related tasks

Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by Management
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED:
-
2+ years of Corporate Treasury or Commercial Banking experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-
Strong work ethic

Ability to work on several projects and assignments concurrently while maintaining normal job duties and timelines
- Ability to adjust priorities to changing circumstances and meet deadlines

Effective interpersonal oral and written communication skills; ability to work with personnel at all organizational levels

Ability to generate and implement process improvements

Ability to work with and handle highly sensitive and confidential information

PREFERRED:

2+ years of Letters of Credit experience
