We are doubling down on creating an exceptional experience in our lending business. For the Treasury Analyst, this means overseeing daily cash management and payment-related activities. The Treasury Analyst reports directly to the VP of Finance.

What You’ll Do

As a Treasury Analyst, you’ll be a key part of building a growing team, creating essential processes for cash management and payments. You’ll make a massive impact on our lending business by…

• Preparing daily treasury reports and advising management on short and long-term cash needs.
• Assisting in processing bank transfers, wires, and ACH payments.
• Suggesting and implementing improvements to the company’s financial processes.
• Analyzing and interpreting financial data to help drive decision making.
• Coordinating with finance, accounting, and capital markets staff.
• Maintaining treasury files, bank records, and account reconciliations.

Day in the Life

It's Monday morning, so you kick off your day with a daily stand up with the Finance team. During this meeting, the team gathers and shares questions and barriers that have come up in their work, and also discusses their plan for the day.

In addition to this meeting, the team consistently collaborates throughout the day. Asking questions, providing solutions, and sharing precedent or past experience to guide next steps.

Throughout the day, you will focus on action items such as cash forecasting and reconciliations. You will collaborate with other team members and receive guidance when blockers arise.

Your First 90 Days in the Role

Your training will begin with some Fund That Flip basics (who are we, what do we do, where does the Treasury Analyst role fit into the org). This is delivered through a partnership between our People Team and the Finance team. You’ll be set up with the hardware and tools needed to execute at a high level from the very beginning.

You’ll accomplish early success in the role by immersing yourself in team best practices and absorbing essential team information. We’ll provide the context and knowledge which, coupled with your curiosity and urgency, will support the accelerated actualization of the anticipated impact you’ll have in the role.

Qualifications

• 2 or more years of treasury or corporate finance experience preferred.
• Previous experience processing wire and ACH payments.
• Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to work with robust amounts of data.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively with minimal oversight.
• Prior experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Working toward Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or a similar designation is a plus.

Preferred Skills & Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a similar field is preferred.
• Excellent computer skills with an emphasis on MS Excel functions.
