Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives
Develop and execute comprehensive BDR strategies to drive lead generation and pipeline growth
Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the BDR team
Work closely with senior leadership to align BDR goals with company strategic objectives
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, related field, or equivalent experience
