Director, Business Development

Trella Health is looking for a Director of Business Development to lead and manage a team of Business Development Representatives, driving lead generation and pipeline growth. Ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales with B2B SaaS experience in the Healthcare IT industry.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives
Develop and execute comprehensive BDR strategies to drive lead generation and pipeline growth

Work closely with senior leadership to align BDR goals with company strategic objectives

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, related field, or equivalent experience
