Social Media Moderator

Trendics is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Moderator to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand across various social media platforms, engaging with our audience and fostering a positive community environment. You will monitor conversations, respond to comments, and ensure that our online presence reflects our values and brand identity. Your keen understanding of social media trends and engagement strategies will help us grow our audience and enhance client satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Monitor and moderate social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
  • Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
  • Ensure positive interactions and uphold the brand’s voice and tone in all communications.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content and campaigns.
  • Track and report on social media engagement and community sentiment.
  • Identify and escalate issues or potential threats to brand reputation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media engagement.
  • Develop and implement moderation guidelines and policies.
  • Assist in community-building initiatives to foster a loyal customer base.
  • Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media management or moderation.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their audiences.
  • KSA & GCC Clients Experience.
  • Ecommerce Experience is Preferred.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing strategies and trends.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Proactive and positive attitude towards community engagement.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for social media.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Keen interest in digital marketing and emerging social media trends.
