ABOUT THE TEAM

Trendyol Go, the local commerce arm of Trendyol Group, works to meet all the daily needs of our users and brings local merchants, couriers and Trendyol users together. We make seamless connections in real time and we are able to expand our offer to include food and fresh groceries thanks to our on-demand solution. We are delighted to strengthen local commerce with Trendyol's operational excellence by bringing marketplace solutions backed by our last mile delivery network.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Be a leader and decision-maker in the development of end to end supply growth playbooks,
  • Understand the market dynamics, implement projects and continuously iterate to solve issues, and work with relevant stakeholders to crack problems,
  • Iterate our growth planning process to reach goals through acquisition strategy, cross-channel cost and conversion optimization, and testing focused on maximizing efficiency and volume,
  • Structure hypothesis, define main KPIs, continuously iterate and closely monitor the outcome during and after the project launch to measure the effectiveness of the implemented actions,
  • Think strategically by leveraging data to generate insightful analysis, prioritize projects, deliver with clarity and within deadlines,
  • Close collaboration with field operations team, growth, product, and technology teams to execute cross-functional projects to improve funnel conversion quality,
  • Develop technology to automate and implement system-wide processes through coordination with the product and technology teams.


QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferably in Engineering, Economics or Management,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fast-paced and dynamic startups and/or management consulting companies,
  • Self-starter with an extreme ownership mindset,
  • Experience in working with multiple stakeholders on complex issues with strong interpersonal & communication skills,
  • Willing to continuously improve and strive for progress, not perfection,
  • Having an analytical mindset enabling interpretation of complex business issues,
  • Proficient in using spreadsheets, especially with Excel, Gsheets (SQL knowledge is a plus).

We embrace a hybrid working model that seamlessly blends the best of both worlds—remote productivity and the collaborative energy of our vibrant offices. Every month, we gather at our offices once to work side by side, fostering in person communication and embracing the camaraderie that fuels our team spirit. These sessions are crucial for teamwork in solving complex issues, socializing, learning from each other, and experiencing our culture.


Each division has a pre-set optional office day each week. Based on our preferences, we come together at our offices at our discretion as an opportunity to feel more team spirit, immerse in our culture, and familiarize ourselves with our way of workings.


We offer the opportunity for a two-month full remote work program, allowing you to work from abroad, during the summer period (July to August).


This working model applies to our hybrid job postings; on-site roles require being based in an office work environment.
