Summary:
The Customer Service Representative interacts with the customer as the front-line support to Commercial salespersons and Open Dealer/Consignment area supervisors. You will act as a liaison between the internal support teams (accounting, IT, etc.) to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely and thorough manner, as well as provide back-end support to the area supervisors and salespeople so they may focus on sales prospecting.
