TriEdge Investments is a family office and technology company based in New York, San Francisco, and Miami. We make concentrated investments in a few companies. We also incubate technology companies to solve the problems our investment team observes in our portfolio companies. In this sense, we've proven it's a true industry problem. We only focus on select healthcare verticals. Our mission is to improve patient outcomes and reduce the complexity of healthcare through better investing and technology. What We're Really Looking For
A macro thinker who can work with our portfolio companies, family office team, and our incubation companies to set the strategy for how to win through a People lens. These are three very different groups of people and talent identities. We are looking for an exceptional Head of People who can float between these worlds and build the right people strategy for each.
What You’ll Do
Build trust and partner with the executive team on talent strategy, organizational development, and HR operations.
Build a high-accountability, performance-driven culture with robust feedback loops and clear performance management systems.
Design and implement a holistic HR strategy that addresses the distinct needs of our family office team, portfolio companies, and new technology incubations.
Design and implement a holistic performance review plan and 360 feedback cycle in a manner that lifts the organization and does not feel performative or on deaf ears.
Use data to guide people decisions, track talent trends, and optimize workforce planning. Strong pattern recognition and data-backed instincts are critical.
Lead high-quality, high-volume recruiting efforts while building a high-performing HR team capable of adapting as the company grows.
Advise on compensation structures, including cash, bonus, and equity programs that align with company goals.
Keep us compliant and on the right side of regulations.
Who You Are
You think of your craft as "People." You're an exceptional HR, Talent, Organizational, and People leader.
You have a proven track record in either the financial or technology industry and have a mental model for how people in each industry operate, what works, and what doesn't.
You have high EQ and a demonstrated ability to empathize with and support employees. You may be an executive, but you value the ground game with the full team.
You have excellent written and communication skills. Your reference checks would say you manage tough conversations with tact and draft important documents with clarity.
You value and add to a positive culture. But you have a tangible grasp of the line between creating a sense of belonging and achieving results. You know what Netflix's Culture Deck is and more or less agree with it.
You can plan and host executive offsites and team events that are valuable.
You have a large network and can recruit from it. You can also stand-up an ATS system yourself and build a recruiting pipeline and team to help.
Location
TriEdge is an in-person team with offices in Hudson Yards, New York, San Francisco, and Miami, and people are expected to be in the office 4 days a week.

Pay transparency: The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $212,000 - $334,000. USD. The listed range is a guideline from Pave data, and the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job-related skills, location, experience/qualifications, interview performance, and market data.
