About the role: 

We’re excited to bring on a talented Senior Product Designer to our fast-growing team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to transform how customers engage with our product, playing a pivotal role in shaping the overall experience. As our first product designer, your contributions will leave a lasting impact, helping define the future of our design and user experience.

What You’ll Do: 

• Dive deep into user research, develop requirements, collaborate closely with engineering on prototypes, and see things through to final implementation. 

• Translate business needs and product ideas into clear, actionable UI/UX solutions that align with our product vision. 

• Take ownership of the design process from prioritization to launch  

• Work on enhancing and maintaining our design system across the platform.  

• Use your design skills to help creating decks, materials and assets we can use to communicate with stakeholders and partners.

Who you are:  

• You have 5+ years of experience in end-to-end product design, including research, prototyping, user testing, and final high-fidelity designs.

• Proficient in building and maintaining design systems, ensuring cohesive visual language and user experience across all products.

• Demonstrated impact on complex projects and have a track record of improving user experiences at a strategic level.

• You communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring a seamless alignment between design vision and execution. 

• Experience working with complex, regulated environments is a plus. Preferably in specialized fields, such as health tech, fintech, or e-commerce, that allows you to design for specific user needs and compliance standards.

Pay transparency: The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $130,000 to $190,000 USD. The listed range is a guideline from Pave data, and the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job-related skills, location, experience/qualifications, interview performance, market data, etc. Total compensation for this position may also include equity, ranging from 0.2%-1.0%; and employee benefits. Given our funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package.
