Responsibilities include:
Lead a team of seven (two direct reports to start) demand and growth marketers, and grow the team to provide for business needs. Own the lifecycle marketing strategy including lead nurturing, lead scoring, and lead routing across Marketo and Salesforce. Manage a $3M
global advertising program, including overseeing the budget, driving the strategy, and project managing... content and creative development. Drive the strategy across paid and earned channels to support lead generation, sales pipeline, and eCommerce bookings goals. Optimize the user journey by running experiments across digital channels to drive subscription conversions. Working with the Strategic Marketing team, execute ABM strategies across digital channels to drive engagement and pipeline among Key Accounts. Optimize marketing ROI & KPIs by measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the impact of demand campaigns across digital channels. Working with Product Marketing and Content Marketing to develop campaign-specific messaging and align demand generation programs with ongoing marketing initiatives. Develop demand funnels for each product offering (Shop, Pro, Studio) by utilizing personas, jobs to be done, and other customer research developed by the Product Marketing team. Required Skills:
Degree in communications/advertising, marketing or equivalent with 5
years experience in demand or growth marketing 2 years leading a high-functioning demand team Ability to grow an evergreen marketing funnel as well as develop campaigns that support marketing and sales needs as they arise in the business Strong competency in top-of-funnel growth marketing tactics, and lead flow strategies. Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills Ability to work within deadlines, manage priorities and demand on time Experience wireframing and fleshing out the flow of marketing campaign Experience managing external agencies and/or hands-on experience in advertising platforms Proficiency with Google Apps and Google Analytics
Salary Range:
$80K -- $150K
