QA Lead
We are looking for a skilled QA Lead.
You’ll be working on the international projects for a US company - provider of audit, consulting and financial advisory.
Our team consists of members (.NET, Front-End, QAs) that work cooperatively in a professional environment that encourages proactivity, positive attitude and collaboration. We provide mentoring to support professional development along with an opportunity to work independently and contribute new ideas.
As a QA Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software product.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in QA;
- 2 years of leadership experience;
- Firm understanding of QA theory, QA processes, methodologies, standards, and practices;
- Experience in test document creation and maintenance (test plans, test cases, check-lists, test reports);
- Experience in estimating test activities;
- Understanding of client-server architecture;
- Experience with API testing;
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, proactive and self-driven approach to work;
- Upper-Intermediate level of spoken English;
- Understanding of Agile methodology.
Responsibilities:
- Leading QA Team;
- Perform manual testing;
- Requirements review;
- Develop and maintain test documentation to ensure adequate test coverage;
- Report and track discovered defects and discrepancies;
- Regularly communicate QA status to the team;
- Production bugs support;
- Drive improvements to optimize the test process.
