As the largest privately held residential solar and roofing installer in the United States, we are proud of our 3,600+ team members and over 100,000 installations.Our Talent Acquisition team is growing and is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to assist updating, managing, and maintaining highly confidential information within the company's various databases. An analytical mindset is a must, as you will be dealing with data on a daily basis. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of the overall talent acquisition efforts of the organization.This is a hybrid opportunity offering 3 days in office and 2 days remotely.Responsibilities:• Provide customer service and administrative assistance during the recruiting process• Create and update job postings and managing funds associated• Communicating with individuals from various divisions to ensure that all information is accurate• Organize and maintain candidate information in databases, including resumes, contact details, and assignments• Schedule and coordinate interviews, both in-person and virtual• Oversee employee referral program• Generate reports on new hire metrics• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate data and reporting• Various HR projects, as neededQualifications:Required• 2+ years experience operating within an ATS• 2+ years experience developing, updating and managing Excel i.e. creating formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs etc.• Excellent verbal and written organizational skills• Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and data managementPreferred• Bachelor's degree• Finance/Accounting experienceWhat We OfferNot just a career... but a career path to success!
