HR Intern - On site

Tripalink is seeking a proactive and motivated Human Resources intern to join our team at Koreatown. As an HR intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a variety of HR functions and contribute to the growth and development of our company.


Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting vacancies, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Aid in employee lifecycle management, including new employee onboarding, record-keeping, and updating personnel documentation.
  • Collaborate in implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry best practices.
  • Support in employee benefits management, including enrollment, issue resolution, and communication with vendors.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, team events, and wellness programs.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as organizing files, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.


Requirements:
  • College student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and general technological skills.
  • Interest in the field of human resources and professional development.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales.


$18 - $19 an hour
