Mission Systems Engineer

True Anomaly is looking for a Mission Systems Engineer to develop and integrate aerospace and defense systems aimed at enhancing space security and sustainability. The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional teams to meet mission requirements across complex aerospace platforms.

Skills

Mission analysis tools proficiency
Expertise in orbital mechanics
Simulation tools experience
Programming skills (MATLAB, Python, C++)

Responsibilities

Collaborate with customers to define mission objectives and requirements
Lead design, simulation, and analysis of RPO mission trajectories
Oversee integration of mission systems
Develop system verification plans and conduct testing
Run performance analysis including reliability and safety assessments

Education

Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Master’s or Ph.D. preferred
