Job Description

As a Brand Associate, you'll serve as a vital link between our clients and the public. You will represent major brands at local events, deliver exceptional customer service, and collaborate with your team to achieve campaign goals. Whether you're just getting started or looking to grow your career, we offer comprehensive training and a clear pathway for advancement.

Brand Associate Responsibilities Include:

  • Represent clients professionally at branded events throughout the Birmingham area.

  • Engage with potential customers to educate them about products and services.

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure satisfaction.

  • Set up and maintain a polished and organized event display.

  • Track customer interactions and feedback to support campaign performance.
