The System Administrator or IT Support Specialist will be responsible for managing helpdesk and technical support tasks. This role involves troubleshooting issues, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth operations. With strong problem-solving skills and expertise in various technologies, this position may transition into a full-time role based on performance.
Provide helpdesk and technical support to end-users across the organization.
Offer on-site support for executives and staff, as well as remote workforce support.
Support an international workforce, primarily in the USA.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows 10/11 and macOS devices.
Manage and support Microsoft 365, with a focus on Exchange and SharePoint.
Administer and troubleshoot Okta Single Sign-On (SSO).
Support and manage Zoom Meetings, including Logitech Zoom Room setups.
Maintain and support Slack for internal communication.
Utilize Intune/Endpoint Manager and Mosyle/Jamf MDM for device management.
Manage Mimecast Email Security.
Oversee and ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain IT documentation and provide regular updates on technical issues.
Be available on-call for emergency requests.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 & SharePoint Online.
Experience administering and troubleshooting Okta SSO.
Hands-on experience with Zoom Meetings & Zoom Room hardware.
Familiarity with Slack for business communication.
Strong support skills for Windows 10/11 & macOS.
Experience with Intune / Microsoft Endpoint MDM & macOS MDM.
Knowledge of Mimecast Email Security.
Previous experience in startup or biotech environments is a plus.
