Work schedule: 3 PM-12 PM or 2 PM-11 PM with flexibility to work on call and weekends for mission critical support. Preference for individuals with item processing experience.Resolve day-to-day needs of assigned business unit, with focus on the analysis of internal systems, procedures or processes. Prepare reports for managers, contribute to recommendations in making strategic and operational business decisions. Technical resource of assigned system(s).Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesFollowing is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.Lead project-oriented work efforts of problem identification and resolution, performance, productivity improvement and quality enhancements and delivery.Coordinates system(s) or program implementation, develop and test any training as a result of conclusions reached in project-related activities or policy change.Gather data, create and maintain databases in order to compile and prepare reports, graphs, and charts to help establish procedures and quality control standards.Coordinate review of and updates to procedures to meet business unit changes, to insure compliance with policies and government regulations.Provide input to support planning and prioritization of business systems related activitiesDevelop and maintain a professional relationship with vendor(s) supporting assigned system(s)QualificationsRequired Qualifications:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
