Director of Product Management

This is a unique opportunity to join us as the Director of Product Management and lead the product team. 

We’re looking for an experienced Director of Product Management to take part in developing a new disruptive fintech solution that is going to change B2B payments echo system. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with a cross-functional team to design, build, and roll-out products that are solving an immense problem. You will use data and customer feedback to define and drive new products and features.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the product team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success, to drive product initiative and launch products globally
  • Participate in building the product’s vision and roadmap
  • Communicate the product roadmap to both internal and external key stakeholders
  • Solve complex issues and translate solutions into simple concepts for customers and all employees within the company to understand.
  • Ownership of product requirements, driving the product lifecycle in an agile methodology including user stories, personas, UX, UI, user stories and production of detailed specs (PRDs)
  • Working closely with R&D teams to define requirements and ensure the end-to-end high-quality product delivery
  • Use, analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive decision making

 

  • at least 2 years experience as a Director of Product Management or similar rules (must have management experience).
  • 5+ years experience in product management roles. Preferably with experience in Fintech, Payment, or Fraud solutions
  • Experience working in a startup / SaaS product.
  • A proven ability to build roadmaps and execute complex projects in mid-size/large organizations.
  • Strong analytical decision-making skills, business thinking, Independent and organized
  • Strong interpersonal skills to informally lead and drive discovery and execution with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and presentation communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in implementing products using Agile methodologies
