AI Architecture and Circuit Design (5553)Overview of RoleTSMC Corporate Research Organization is looking for fresh PhDs with a broad range of expertise on AI hardware. Hired individuals are expected to efficiently support and advise other TSMC organizations with respect to AI applications, algorithms, architectures, circuits, and their device technology implications while being active in publications and patents. You will be reporting directly to the Sr. Program Manager, North America for our Corporate Research AI Hardware department. At the time of this posting, this role typically pays a base salary between $128,500 and $175,000 per year. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires. Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range. Factors that influence pay include the individual's skills, qualifications, education, experience and the position level and location.
