Senior UX Researcher
Tubi is looking for a talented Senior UX Researcher to join their team, working on various aspects of the product and customer journey to uncover insights and make recommendations. The ideal candidate should be a creative thinker, self-motivator, and impact-maker.
Skills
- Strong understanding of product design principles
- Experience in user testing and research
- Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to identify impactful research questions
- Conduct tests, research, and experiments to understand Tubi customers' motivations and pain points
- Lead end-to-end research projects to uncover actionable insights
- Build empathy for users across the organization
- Review product analytics data and customer feedback to enhance product usage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Anthropology, HCI, or related fields
