UI Designer

Job description A US-based company building a smart knowledge management system for revenue teams is looking for a UI Designer. The selected candidate will be in charge of leading the overall project development cycle, assessing vague problems, and proposing high-impact solutions. The company is empowering sales representatives with the information they need in real-time, when on a live call. JobResponsibilities:Architect and design the company's interface from the ground up Work autonomously and take important decisions whenever needed Be an essential part of the company's product roadmap's decision making process and brainstorm ideas Take initiatives and do independent research to come up with creative solutions Take accountability for projects and make sure they are completed on time Engineer and collaborate with the product team to make great products Job Requirements:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience) At least 3years of relevant experience as a software engineer Demonstrable experience working with early-stage startups Extensive experience in front-end designing and development Must have a solid understanding of Figma, including AWS, Node, Typescript, React, XState, Electron, RTMP Prior experience working with design systems Comfortable in taking initiative, carrying out independent research, and making decisions without much handholdingSalary Range:$80K -- $100KMinimum QualificationSoftware DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
