Skills: Candidates must have 6-7 years in HR or People Partnering roles, strong business acumen, and proficiency in tools such as Culture Amp and Google Suite.
Qualifications: The ideal applicant should possess knowledge of U.S. employment law, experience in HRBP roles, and be a recognized subject matter expert in areas like learning enablement or engagement.
Location: The job is fully remote, allowing employees to work from anywhere in the USA.
Compensation: $97350 - $162250 / Annually

As a Senior Talent Development & Culture (TD&C) Partner, you serve as a senior subject matter expert and consultative partner supporting both culture and business performance. Blending People Business Partner (PBP)-level strategic partnership with COE specialist depth in engagement, learning, and cultural storytelling, you will collaborate directly with People Leaders, COEs, and employee-led culture groups to activate talent programs that drive growth, inclusion, and connection.
You will own high-impact projects—such as performance enablement, learning delivery, talent reviews, engagement action planning, and culture communications—while also being called upon to support people managers with day-to-day employment matters and compliance awareness during PBP leaves of absence in a surge capacity. This role bridges strategic program design with frontline partnership, translating Turnitin’s EVP and values into everyday employee experiences.

The expected annual base salary range for this position is: $97,350/year to $162,250/year. This position is bonus eligible / commission-based.
