Director, Government Relations and Public Policy

Twilio is seeking a Director of Government Relations and Public Policy to represent and advance Twilio’s interests in the United States with Federal Agencies, Congress, and the Administration.

Skills

10+ years of U.S. Federal Government advocacy and public policy experience
Understanding of telecommunications regulations in the U.S.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to influence and build effective relationships with government officials

Responsibilities

Coordinate closely with Global Public Policy Team and business units
Monitor and anticipate new telecommunications regulatory requirements
Cultivate relationships with key policy stakeholders
Advocate for Twilio's priorities with key stakeholders in the U.S.

Education

Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Advanced degree preferred
