Twilio powers real-time business communications and data solutions. We are looking for a Director of Product Management to lead the KYT product team, developing and delivering on our vision and strategy for Onboarding and Compliance products.

Skills

10+ years of Product Management experience
Experience managing Product Managers
High degree of comfort in risk-based decision making
Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

Develop and drive the strategy and roadmap of Twilio’s KYT platform
Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams
Build innovative capabilities that monitor and block unwanted traffic
Be the voice of stakeholders in the ecosystem
Manage a global team of product managers

Education

BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
