Principal Solutions Engineer - job 1 of 2
Twilio is seeking a Principal Solutions Engineer to enable customers to build future communications. They are looking for a candidate with extensive pre-sales experience in complex technical environments.
Skills
- Pre-sales expertise
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of customer communications needs
- Software development knowledge
- Experience with REST APIs
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives on pre-sales activities
- Lead the technical and product sale to customers
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with customers
- Build and present complex customer product demonstrations
- Mentor less experienced Solutions Engineers
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
- Master's degree in a technical discipline (preferred)
