Segment Product Enablement Specialist

Twilio is looking for a Product Enablement Specialist to be part of its Segment GTM enablement team, focusing on onboarding and continuous training.

Skills

Experience with content and learning management systems.
Familiarity with Google Suite and project management tools.
Ability to translate technical information into digestible concepts.
Strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

Drive cross functional alignment across GTM Stakeholders.
Own and drive the overall product enablement strategy.
Synthesize technical concepts into digestible concepts.
Help build and execute product enablement training.
Coordinate agenda and technical presenters for Monthly Technical Enablement sessions.

Education

BA/BS degree in a business related field.
