About the Role

A podcast production company specializing in multiple shows is seeking a part-time Associate Producer to join their remote team. This role is ideal for an emerging professional looking to build experience in podcast production while managing multiple shows and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage production schedules for multiple podcast series
• Coordinate with hosts, guests, and stakeholders
• Prepare episode briefs and research materials
• Review and quality check raw recordings
• Perform basic audio editing and cleanup when needed
• Write show notes and episode descriptions

• Basic understanding of podcast production workflow
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with audio editing software (e.g., Audacity, GarageBand)
