Motion Graphic Designer is needed in Chicago, United States.Client: Chicago Creative GroupLocation: United StatesContract: Contractor, Full-time, Full-timeJob DescriptionWe’re looking for a freelance motion graphics designer who knows how to breathe life into business subjects with detailed, often complex content. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working within a marketing team and be driven by deadlines to create dynamic, visually interesting content. While character animation is a required skill, this position is not suited for individuals focused on making character-driven feature films. We primarily tell stories with marketing information as the backbone.The ideal candidate will have expert skills in After Effects CC, with additional skills in Premiere and Cinema 4D desired. Proficiency in HTML5 animation using Hype is a big plus. This is a remote-only position and candidates will need their own hardware.RequirementsThe successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:• Expert skills in After Effects CC• Additional skills in Premiere and Cinema 4D desired• HTML5 animation using Hype is a big plus• Experience in character animation• A reel demonstrating both technical ability and storytelling skills• Able to manage projects and exceed client expectationsResponsibilities• Storyboard concepting with writers and collaborating with in-house designers to develop the look and feel of videos• Working closely with the creative director to meet the marketing goals of each project• Creating all animation, from start to finish• Managing additional freelance resources• Acting as animation director when additional resources are neededAdditional InformationThis is a contract position.Posted 3 days ago
