Content Creator, The Hundred 2025

Two Circles is a data-driven full-service sports agency. We work with some of the world’s biggest sports organisations – including the NFL, Premier League, Formula 1, Wimbledon and UEFA – and have four times been named Sport Industry Agency of the Year.

We have a team of just over 1000 Two Circlers working from three regions across the world. We work cross-region to service our expanding international client base.

Our content team is the creative arm of the agency: from strategy through to creating content, or account management through to studio production; we work closely with our clients to service their social media, creative campaigns and branding efforts.

For the fifth year running we are looking for 16 Content Creators to embed with the teams at The Hundred 2025.

The successful candidates will be based with the men’s and women’s teams for the duration of the competition, gaining a unique point of view of an elite professional sporting environment, which we want to share with our audiences on The Hundred’s owned channels.

Although we can take into consideration specific dates (a wedding, or graduation), we require successful candidates to have clear availability for July and August.

This is a paid position, and accommodation and travel will be covered.

Your main duties & responsibilities:

  • Capture behind-the-scenes, vertical video on mobile phones (provided)
  • Use basic editing apps to create on-brand social content
  • Ideate and plan for basic shoots that fit with team brand and celebrate player personalities
  • Identify emerging narratives from within the team to build out into social content
  • Post to team Instagram channels and community manage on that platform

The ideal background and skills we are looking for include:

  • Proven experience in channel management and social coverage of live events
  • A passion for sport in general, and an understanding of how to bring cricket to a broader audience
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • First-class editorial judgement
  • Knowledge, understanding and experience of multiple social media platforms
  • Basic editing skills, either on a mobile phone or using desktop-based apps
  • An appreciation for the dynamics of an elite sporting environment, and how to work successfully within it

Experience with the following could also be beneficial:

  • Use of Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro, and other production methods, including CapCut
  • Knowledge of marketing, particularly around brand
  • Additional languages
  • Presenting

Though these are the basics written down, we will principally be recruiting for energy, values and commitment – both to Two Circles and to your career. Even if you feel you don’t tick 100% of the boxes but feel you could bring value to the role, we’d still love to hear from you!
