Cloud DevOps Engineer

Two Six Technologies is seeking a Cloud DevOps Engineer to support a software development contract with 100+ developers. The candidate will work on improving the stability and performance of a hosted vCenter VxRail environment.

Skills

Experience with Redhat, Centos
Experience with VMWare ESXi, vCenter server, AWS, Azure
Proficiency in Gitlab, Github, Jira, Confluence
Knowledge of network engineering, Ansible, Puppet, Docker, k8s

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership across multiple projects
Maintain daily operational support for Linux operating systems and applications
Monitor system security and remediate incidents
Develop and maintain standards and procedures for applications
Implement security patches and interact with development teams

Education

Linux System Administrator Certification
Certifications relating to IT Security (CISSP, GIAC, Security+)
