Flutter Developer (Work From Home / Dayshift)

• ​​Assist in the development and enhancement of a preexisting mobile application.
• Develop and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android using Flutter.
• Design web pages in alignment with app layout and design.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails (RoR) for web development
• Implement front-end solutions with a keen eye for user experience.
• Utilize .NET for development tasks as required.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings to discuss tasks, challenges, and updates.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs to ensure smooth app performance.
• Manage integrations, including updates to the medical records system and Airtable.
• Ensure all technical solutions comply with industry regulations and security standards.
• Stay up to date with new technologies and best practices in mobile and web development.
• Perform other role-specific duties as required.t

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or a relevant certification. •
• 5+ years of experience in mobile app development.
• Strong proficiency in Flutter for cross-platform mobile application development.
• Experience with front-end development, including UI/UX best practices.
• Knowledge of .NET framework.
• Familiarity with database integrations, particularly Airtable.
• Experience with integrating and updating medical records systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Ability to ask the right questions and seek clarity in requirements and development processes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Experience working in the healthcare or medicinal cannabis industry desirable.
• Knowledge of compliance and security requirements related to medical applications preferred.
• Background in API development and third-party integrations advantageous.
