The TymeX Product Owner: Growth Stack plays a key role in managing and evolving our Growth Stack (a suite of interconnected tools and platforms that drive growth, improve customer engagement, and streamline operations) as part of our Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy. Your Mission

Partner closely with Product, Business, Engineering, and Data to create transformative customer experiences that redefine how people interact with financial services.

Help execute the group's bold 'multi-X' strategy' to accelerate product led growth and evolve the Growth Stack into a dynamic engine that powers user acquisition, activation, retention, and market expansion, ultimately reshaping the user experience in digital banking to be more intuitive, seamless, and empowering.

The Role

The Product Owner: Growth Stack leads strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration to manage the Growth Stack, ensuring alignment with business needs and including vendor and platform management. The key components of the Growth Stack include:

• Customer Data Platform (CDP): Integrate data for a unified customer view.
• Customer Engagement & Analytics Platforms: Ensure seamless data flow across engagement, attribution, and analytics platforms.
• Event-Driven Architecture: Develop and optimise data-driven processes.
• Experimentation Platform: Drive rapid testing, learning, and iteration.

• Experience: 5+ years as Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst with experience in CDPs, Customer Engagement Platforms, Product Analytics, etc.
• Analytical Minded: Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and speak data.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of event-driven architecture and data integration; familiarity with data as a product principles is a plus.
• Industry Exposure: Experience across diverse industries beyond fintech.
• Collaboration & Adaptability: Proven ability to work across teams; strong problem-solving skills.

• Agile Experience: Preferred experience with Scrum or Kanban
