About the Role: The Client Success Representative (CSR) plays a crucial role in guiding new and existing customers through setting up and onboarding Wiley's assessment solutions. The CSR is instrumental in establishing and building client relationships to promote client loyalty and retention. As a CSR, you will handle a range of client interactions including account setup, order fulfilment, post-purchase follow-up, and general customer support to help keep customers satisfied. This pivotal role reports directly to the Senior Sales Manager.How you will make an impact:• Aid clients through initial and ongoing product/platform training sessions for assigned customer accounts/projects.• Monitor customer activity related to the product or service.• Perpetually maintain efficient internal and external communications and alignment in a client-goal-oriented manner.• Assist with client onboarding activities and projects.• Assist in other day-to-day activities, including but not limited to placing orders, tracking order status, account setup and maintenance (credit/invoicing), and other duties as assigned.What we look for:• BA/BS Degree in Business or Marketing is desirable; a combination of education and experience can substitute for formal education.• Experience with sales information tools is desirable as well as a track record of selling technology and solutions in a B2B environment (minimum of 2 years).• The ability to multitask effectively.• Be a self-starter.• Demonstrated sound judgment.• Demonstrated proficiency with common business technology tools (Customer Relationship, Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams/Zoom).• Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills; fluency in English.• Able to build strong relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders.About Wiley:Wiley is a trusted leader in research and learning, our pioneering solutions and services are paving the way for knowledge seekers as they work to solve the world's most important challenges. The range below represents Wiley's good faith and reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role at the time of posting roles either in the UK, Canada or USA.
