Challenges
You will build products to help organizations train their employees and overcome their most pressing people-related problems at scale. You will work with product, design, data, and content teams to build a modern learning platform with an emphasis on performance and scalability.
What you'll do
- You will ship regularly and iteratively, writing testable, readable, and maintainable code.
- Be involved in and possibly lead our scaling efforts.
- Review quantitative and qualitative research about our clients and learners and weigh in on the product strategy and roadmap.
- Collaborate with fellow Engineering Team Members in Operational Reviews to monitor and analyze operational performance trends.
- Work with the product, design, and support teams to ensure users get the most value from the products you've built.
- Fix bugs and performance problems.
In order to succeed in this position, you will need:
Mandatory skills
- Advanced/fluent English skills – Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid experience with both Python and Django.
- Experience with one or more of the following programming languages/frameworks: React, PHP, or TypeScript.
- Experience with Terraform.
- Experience with SQL.
Nice-to-have
- Experience with infrastructure and cloud operations. (AWS, Kebernetes)
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
Non-technical skills

- Must want to work in a fast-moving, startup-like environment.
- Candidates need to be able to work with asynchronous communication.
