Are you efficient in a busy environment?We’re looking for a Client Associate to:• answer incoming client calls• handle client requests in a professional and timely manner• Educate clients on account services and capabilities• Keep management systems up-to-date with client information• Help prepare materials for client meetings• Maintain marketing materials• Communicate with clients regarding important information and upcoming events• Scheduling client calls and meetings• collaborate with other departments as needed to provide optimal client service• handle expense reportsYour teamYou'll be working closely with a team in Greenville SC. As a Client Associate, you will play an important role supporting Financial Advisors along with assisting their clients with administrative needs.Your expertise• ideally 3-5 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills• detail oriented (nothing gets past you)• ability to multi task and manage your time well• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite• series 7 and 66 licenses, is preferred, but not necessary at the time of hire.About usUBS is the world’s largest and the only truly global wealth manager.
