And finally truly service oriented.We're looking for a Registered Client Service Associate to:• Work with clients to help get answers to their questions• Time manage efficiently• Time manage emails/communications• Able to juggle multiple projects• Work in fast paced environment• keep management systems up-to-date with client information• educate clients on account services and capabilities• help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings• collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requestsYour teamYou’ll be working as part of Wealth Management Americas. Specifically, you’ll be working with “The Burish Group”, a team of 35+ professionals who help high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them. The team’s founder, Andy Burish, is nationally ranked as a top financial advisor by both Forbes and Barron’s Magazine, including #1 Wealth Advisor in Wisconsin by Forbes.Your expertise• series 7 and 66 licenses• ideally 2 - 5 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector• bachelor's degree or equivalent• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills• detail oriented (nothing gets past you)• proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteAbout UsUBS is the world’s largest and the only truly global wealth manager.
