Do you know how to take care of people?We’re looking for a Registered Client Service Associate to:• keep management systems up-to-date with client information• educate clients on account services and capabilities• help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings• collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests• plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials• provide the team with a detailed calendar of activitiesYour teamYou’ll be working in the Wealth Management team in the Woodlands, TX office. As a Registered Client Service Associate will paly an important role in working with a professional and highly respected team.Your expertise• series 7 and 66 licenses• ideally 4+ years of experience in client service, within the finance sector• [bachelor's or master`s degree] or equivalent• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills• detail oriented (nothing gets past you)• proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteAbout usUBS is the world’s largest and the only truly global wealth manager.
