If you are a passionate and empathetic individual with a strong background in forensic nursing, we invite you to apply for this rewarding position.Conduct virtual patient assessments and provide specialized care to patients who have experienced trauma.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.Utilize telehealth technology to deliver high-quality and compassionate care to patients.Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, following all HIPAA guidelines.Serve as a resource and provide support to patients and their families throughout the treatment process.Stay current on industry best practices and advancements in telehealth and forensic nursing.Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain and improve skills and knowledge.Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.Represent UCHealth with a high level of professionalism and dedication to exceptional patient care.Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless patient care and continuity of services.Provide emotional support and counseling to patients during virtual appointments.Advocate for patient needs and rights, ensuring that they receive appropriate care and resources.Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following infection control protocols.Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, demonstrating empathy and compassion.Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all interactions with patients and their information.UCHealth is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
