B2B Performance Marketing & CRO Specialist

The company, which is a leading AI-powered travel platform for businesses, is looking for an experienced B2B Performance Marketing & CRO Specialist to join its team.

The company was founded in 2017 in Rotterdam, the Netherlands and their mission is to make the complex process of booking, changing and canceling flights and hotels for business trips quick and easy.

They already have thousands of users around the globe and they are still actively growing, reaching new clients and adding new business features.

The office is located in Rotterdam, the Netherlands and you will work 3 days from the office and 2 days from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing) for B2B
  • Identify conversion bottlenecks and improve landing pages (CRO) in WordPress
  • Manage GTM for tracking, remarketing, and offline conversions
  • Refine keyword strategies based on performance
  • Track key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI, MRR) and optimize ad spend
  • Provide actionable campaign insights
  • 5+ years in performance marketing (Google Ads & CRO) for B2B/scale-ups/niche markets
  • Strong GTM skills (tracking, remarketing)
  • Experience with offline conversion tracking & HubSpot CRM integration
  • English B2+
