Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of current compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Evaluate market trends and benchmarking data to make recommendations for adjustments to compensation and benefits packages.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design, develop, and implement innovative and competitive compensation and benefits strategies that support employee retention, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Manage the administration of various compensation programs, including base pay, incentive plans, and equity awards.
  • Assist with the annual salary review process, including data analysis, budgeting, and communication with managers and employees.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and consultants to obtain necessary data and insights for compensation and benefits analysis.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing compensation and benefits.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and managers on compensation-related matters, including job evaluations, salary offers, and promotions.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in compensation and benefits to continuously enhance our programs.


Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in compensation and benefits analysis or a related HR role.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data.
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles, including market pricing, salary structures, and incentive design.
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) designation a plus but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
